We do everything in our power to get the wine to you safe and sound. Sometimes accidents happen, though. If you received damaged product such as a broken bottle, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. If your original shipment was damaged upon delivery, just contact us immediately at info@moodswingwines.com so we can apply the proper credit or get replacement wine out to you ASAP.

We cannot accept returns for the following: Wines that don’t coincide with personal tastes, wines that have been adversely affected by customer storage, and wines that have been otherwise damaged as a result of any other adverse condition occurring while the wines are in the your care. We are not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment.
